FYI before you buy

Nobody likes not-cool surprises - so we've added this page to give you much up-front info on how we treat you and your orders. We have been told we have the best customer service so we work hard to keep you happy!

You placed an order - what's next? You should receive an email with order details within a few hours from our processing service. To streamline orders, this email is the only response you may get regarding your order.

Orders & Shipping. Your order will leave our shipping location within 2 working days most times. Since we do offer Low Cost or Free Shipping, please allow 7-10 working days for U.S. Shipments to arrive to you. Most times orders arrive sooner. Read more about shippping here.

Canada or International Orders. Your international order should make it to the border/customs area in a few days once shipped. Most times it get through customs pretty quick. We are pleased to say we have never lost an International shipment but have seen many Customs delays at times. Read more about shippping here.

Downloads. At this time you will get a download link upon your payment - usually in a few minutes. Read more about downloads here.

Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges. If you or your members are not completely satisfied with a music title, simply send your item back to us - No questions asked! For exchanges of regular priced items in your order, you can pick a different title that you would like and we will ship the new title(s) to you at no cost. We offer a fast exchange process. All regular priced titles can be exchanged within 30 days for a different title, store credit or refund for items in like-new resale condition. Deeply discounted titles, bulk discounted offers (like our 5 for $75 special) offer exchanges or store credits. Special priced items, closeouts or clearance titles may not qualify. Videos, DVDs, Fitness Wear and packaged items may be returned only if unopened and in like new condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and please include a phone or email with your returned items. Digital downloads offer no returns or exchanges. Read more about downloads here.

Stuff happens. You're covered! Whatever the reason....if you ever have a CD that looks great or is gently used, but skips for some reason, simply ship back the non-working CD(s) to us. Once we receive your defective CD(s), we will replace each with the same in-stock title and even ship it back to you for Free. You also get a FREE online backup .
