for freestyle activity (Cardio, Core, Strength, Etc.) with
a 30 second Rest. Jump start the first 30 mins. of an hour

NOTE :
This Music Mix is made up of two 30 min. music mix tracks. Each
track plays nonstop but you cannot skip songs. Desgined to Press
Play and GO! A Boxing Bell starts the interval and a Whistle
ends the interval. Then there is a 30 sec. rest. The Bell starts
again and this pattern repeats for 30 min. A 4X Whistle ends
the workout after 30 min. A cool down track is at track 3. Can
be used for all ages or levels by modifying the intensity or
exercise.
